Technology for your Low Vision Patients - This presentation will discuss the ecosystem of assistive technologies and give an overview of technologies used by people with low vision. The discussion will put emphasis on smart phone accessibility and applications that can be recommended from any type of practice. Other key topics will include the clinical considerations on the use of technology by patients with low vision, artificial intelligence, assistive versus mainstream technology as well as current technologies in development and the future.
