• 125 Years of Optometry in NH (2026): Planning underway for a landmark anniversary year with events and initiatives celebrating the profession’s past, present, and future.

• Winter Schminter CE: Early-bird registration now open for the first-ever program on February 4, 2026, in Manchester; discounted rates available and program details forthcoming.

• Legislative Advocacy – HB 349: NHOA featured in a WMUR story supporting expanded certification for laser procedures; spotlight on member Dr. Angel Sawyer.

• Friday Focus Archive: Now live on NHeyedoctors.org as a members-only resource; issues will be added incrementally with synopses and direct links.

• Member Resources & Benefits: Guidance on portable malpractice insurance for ODs working in multiple settings and reminders of limited-time AOA member promotions, including business card incentives.

• 125th anniversary year ahead; NHOA preparing major 2026 celebrations honoring the profession’s legacy.

• Save-the-date posted for the Feb. 4 kickoff event at Fratello’s in Manchester.

• Membership survey closing soon; 40% participation so far; quick 1–2 minute feedback requested.
